This is a quality-built, modern home with renovated suite rooms and a completely renovated kitchen area. Its front boasts windows and sliding doors to large outdoor patio areas on all levels. It sits oceanfront with an expansive flat beach and amazing sunsets. Attentive, friendly, on-site, caretakers will ensure pristine cleanliness upon your arrival and upkeep throughout your stay. They can assist you with the functions of the home as needed. 

San Clemente is a small fishing tourist town with around 3000 people including a community of ex-pats. It is located 40 minutes north of Manta city and the Main airport in the area, Eloy Alfaro Manta Airport. Main groceries and shops are 30-40 minutes away.

In town, you can find stores and pharmacies with all the basics. Also, the Sunday market is 10 minutes away in Charapoto Town. All can be accessed by the very affordable bus or taxi service. Private car service to or from the airport is approx $25-30.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE EXTERIOR FIRST FLOOR: SUBJECT TO CHANGE:

Security wall and locked door. Indoor parking. Pool with a size of 10m x4 m2. Jacuzzi: The pool and Jacuzzi are not heated, only natural heat. Social half bathroom. Caretakers suite and loft. Outdoor security cameras.

INTERIOR FIRST FLOOR, 4 BEDROOMS:

Each one with private bathroom, closet, air conditioning and access door to the pool. Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a single trundle bed, with TV for internet.

Bedroom 2: Smart TV in the bedroom, internet only. Double bed with a single trundle bed. Bedroom 3: Double bed and two single beds in a bunk bed, with TV for internet.

1 small bedroom: interior bunk room with private bathroom, closet, air conditioning: triple bunk with a full size bed and 2 single beds above. 150lb weight limit for upper bunks. Located next to the corridor without access to the pool.

SECOND FLOOR:

Large open concept living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Full front windows and doors open onto a large balcony with a separate BBQ area. 1/2 bath. 70" Smart TV. direct tv.

THIRD FLOOR:

1 large master bedroom suite with king bed, double closet, 2 shower heads, full front windows and doors, large private balcony and air conditioning. There is no tv. 1 hanging bed / swing for rest.
