Short and long term rental prices for 1-5 people:

1 month $ 775, Refundable Security Deposit $ 500
3 months $ 750, Refundable Security Deposit $ 1000
6-12 months $ 700, Refundable Security Deposit $1500

Plus: basic internet $28, gas $20 per month
Plus $ 68 HOA Dues 
Plus: water average $30 per month, electricity will charge by usage with an average of $40 to over $100 per month.
