Please note that there are additional fees associated with this rental. A cleaning fee of $40 ensures that the property is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you plan to bring your furry friend along, there is a pet fee of $30. Additionally, a refundable deposit of $500 is required to cover any potential damages during your stay.
