Option 1:

1 month $ 850, Refundable Security Deposit $ 300
3 months $ 800, Refundable Security Deposit $ 600
6 months $750, Refundable Security Deposit $ 650
9-12 months $ 700, Refundable Security Deposit $ 700

Plus $ 90: basic internet, Directv service, gas
Plus $ 55 HOA Dues( only for rentals over 6 months)
Plus: water, electricity will charge by usage.

Option 2:

All-inclusive per month $ 1200 ( includes $50 for water and $100 for electric). Over these amounts paid as an extra.

Refundable Security Deposit same as option 1

Option 3:

Weekly all-inclusive for 1-2 people (minimum 14 night) $850

Weekly all-inclusive for 3-5 people (minimum 14 night) $1050
