Low season Basic rate Per night all-inclusive (minimum 3 nights), up to 4 adults: $150.

2 weeks minimum:

All-inclusive for 1-2 people (minimum 14 night) $750

All-inclusive for 3-4 people (minimum 14 night) $850

Short and long term rental prices for 1-4 people:

Option 1:

1-3 month $900 Refundable Security Deposit $1200

4-6 months $850, Refundable Security Deposit $1500

Pay Additional:

Internet $30, Gas $10

HOA dues $60 (only for rentals over 6 months)

Water under usage $2 per m3

Electricity will charge by usage.

Directv (optional) for $45 per month

Option 2:

All-inclusive per month $ 1200 ( includes $50 for water and $100 for electric). Over these amounts paid as an extra.
