The complex is located in a small town 40 minutes from Manta airport. San Clemente is a quiet and tranquil area. Fresh and sunny all year. Raining season AC Recommended.

Access to Palmazul hotel pool and facilities for a monthly rate. During the COVID-19 the hotel has restrictions to accept visitors. You can check directly with the hotel the options to have access to the restaurant, bar, beach or pool.

Rates Per night:

Holidays and High Season Basic rate Per night all-inclusive (minimum 3 nights), up to 5 people: $160

Low season Basic rate Per night all-inclusive (minimum 3 nights), up to 5 people: $130.

2 weeks minimum:

All-inclusive for 1-2 people (minimum 14 night) $680

All-inclusive for 3-5 people (minimum 14 night) $ 820

(Security deposit $ 250)

Short and long term rental prices for 1-5 people:

Option 1:

1 month $775, Refundable Security Deposit $300
3 months $725, Refundable Security Deposit $600
6 months $700, Refundable Security Deposit $900
9-12 months $675, Refundable Security Deposit $1200

Plus: basic internet $28, Directv service optional $45 per month, gas $20 per month
Plus: $60 HOA Dues (only for rentals over 6 months)
Plus: water average $30 per month, electricity will charge by usage with an average of $40 to over $100 per month. 

Option 2:

All-inclusive per month $900 ( includes $50 for water and $100 for electricity). Over these amounts paid as an extra.

Refundable Security Deposit same as option 1
