6-12 months $950 per month, RefundableSecurity Deposit $1800

Plus: basic internet $28 per month, Directv service optional $45 per month, gas $20 per month, water averages $30 per month by usage, electricity will charge by usage, and can go from $40 to over $100 per month. 

Option 2: 

All-inclusive long term, per month $1100 (includes $50 for water and $100 for electric). Over these amounts paid as an extra.
